Wie bitte ???
Auszug aus einer Mail eines Gruppenmoderators bei Xing an mich.
Die juristische Person "container" Moderator XXXXXXXXXX ist zufällig mit meinem Bild und Logo hinterlegt, dass in Verknüpfung mit meiner Tagesbeschäftigung steht. Ein übringens unglückliches Konzept.
Als juristische Person Moderator vertrete ich unentgeltlich und völlig freiwillig die egoistischen Interessen von XING, die in Form der Gruppe XXXXXXXX einen Marktplatz für XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX darstellt.
Wenn ich etwas mache, dann mache ich es 100%, auch wenn mein egoistisches persönliches Interesse dem vielleicht widerstreben könnte. Jeder hat diese Rollenverteilung im Beruflseben / Privatleben und macht mehr oder weniger Kompromisse.
